The Department of Education Policy and Leadership prides itself in building a community of learning. We are fortunate to have an exceptionally talented group of students with clear goals and expectations who literally come from all over the world. Their diverse perspectives and experiences allow us to discuss issues of social change and education policy, leadership, and reform across a wide range of social, political, and economic contexts.

Our students are engaged not only in course related activities but are active in informal exchanges with their colleagues and faculty, guest lecturers and department symposia. The Graduate Student Association has played an active role in bringing students together to facilitate such interactions and activities.
