Program Description:
The Social Studies Education/Government & Politics program is intended for students seeking certification to teach social studies with a focus in government & politics in grades 7-12. Completion of the content area courses, in conjunction with the professional education courses and field experiences, results in the awarding of a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a double major in Social Studies Education and Government & Politics.
