The College of Education's Office of Student Services hosts informational workshops for students intersted in changing their major to Elementary or Secondary Education. YOU MUST ATTEND A WORKSHOP IN ORDER TO CHANGE YOUR MAJOR - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you are a current University of Maryland student and would like to speak with an advisor prior to attending a workshop, please visit the Office of Student Services (located in Room 1204 Benjamin Building) or give them a call at (301) 405-2364. If you are NOT a current University of Maryland student, the Office of Student Services' website has a wealth of information available to help you transition into the Education major of your choice at the University of Maryland. You are also encouraged to call the Office of Student Services if you have any additional questions regarding our teacher certification programs.
