• Desktop Support (for Novell account administration)

As part of our contract with OIT, ETS now houses our Novell fileserver in the campus central server facility, which offers multiple amenities, including 24x7 monitoring and back-up power supply.

Account addition, deletion, and maintenance is handled through your DTC, as explained in desktop support. There is a nominal fee for account administration (i.e., any of the above actions), but that is currently being covered by the dean's office.
