On occasions when typical communication tools are experiencing trouble (e.g., email or the internet), communication of those problems can be brought to a standstill. For this reason, ETS now manages an automated technology hotline. In addition to email and network outages, we will also announce other college technology items of interest on a frequently updated basis.
