As part of ETS's commitment to support instructors in using technology, we are helping to pilot an electronic portfolio system in the Spring of 2005. We have chosen LiveText for this pilot, and are working to find ways to support faculty as they use this as both a teaching and assessment tool.

This testing period is an evaluation of three things: the software itself, the on-line support that LiveText offers, and a method of email/faculty support that could be scalable to a college wide level. The latter has a closed internal mail reflector as its basis, including faculty, participating candidates, and technology support staff. We will continuously re-evaluate all three throughout the Spring semester.
