Nationally focused research center on educational assessment, which currently houses a variety of projects including
- The ERIC clearinghouse on assessment and evaluation
- Research support for Maryland’s state testing program
- Technical support to research projects with agencies and foundations including, Educational Testing Services, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and Cisco Systems
- Newly funded projects for the coming year, including a $2M ED funded project on testing limited English proficient students and a $1M NSF funded project on technology-based inquiry assessments in science education.
