ETS has taken on a single-point-of-contact (SPOC) approach (i.e., the Technology Desk) with regard to support of classroom technology.
There are multiple ways for users to access support in the event of problems or questions. In all cases, this system will be able to filter the requests and send the most appropriate personnel that is available. The team that handles this support consists of:
