The CYC only releases children to people authorized by the child's legal guardians. Authorization must be in writing. You may authorize people to pick your child up via your enrollment paperwork, or by using this form. The authorization form may be emailed to CYC administration (cyc-admin@umd.edu) or dropped at the front desk.
At drop-off time, please indicate who will be picking your child up from school that day. If you must deviate from this, please call the front desk at 301-405-3168 and let them know which other authorized adult will pick your child up that day. Anyone picking up a child at the CYC should be prepared to show a photo identification.
