Bio

Adrienne Mayo-Brown serves as the Director of Administrative Services for the Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership. In this capacity she oversees the department’s business functions, coordinates department grants, and provides financial and administrative stewardship to TLPL. Adrienne joined the University of Maryland in 2007 and has worked in both the A. James Clark School of Engineering and the School of Public Policy. Before starting her career in higher education administration, she enjoyed serving as an Assistant Professor/Lecture of Communications. She received an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus and a MA in Organizational Communication and Management from Ohio University. She received her BA in Communications from Morgan State University.
