Theoretical Orientation: Client-centered, Adlerian, and positive psychology.

Dr. Pepper E. Phillips is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Counseling Psychology doctoral program within the Department of Counseling, Higher Education and Special Education at the University of Maryland College Park.  She earned her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Indiana Sate University.  She is also a staff psychologist at the University of Maryland Counseling Center.
