ETS offices have been displaced since February 11 due to basement flooding. This includes full-time staff and our technology desk. Anticipated down-time is approximately two weeks.
During that time, ETS staff will be operating out of an alternate location (0306 Benjamin); however, the Technology Desk will be closed until we are back in our normal location.
Please contact ETS staff through email or the Ticket Tracker system, as needed and appropriate. We only have one phone in the temporary location.
UPDATE (2/26): ETS staff are back in their regular offices and available as normal. The ETS Technology Desk is still under minor renovation, and has limited service until painting and move-back is completed.
