COE Launches Online Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (PBC) in TESOL

The University of Maryland College of Education Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership is launching a new, online Post-Baccalaureate Certificate program in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The four-course program is currently accepting applications and will begin in May 2019.

Students must complete four online courses covering topics such as Second Language Acquisition, TESOL Methods, and Foundations of TESOL. Credits earned through the certificate program can be counted toward a future M.Ed. in TESOL.

Online Program Application 

Application deadline: Applications should be submitted by April 30, 2019 for best consideration. The final application deadline is May 15, 2019.
