College of Education graduation ceremony set for May 21, 2010

University commencement ceremonies to be held May 20 at Comcast Center

COLLEGE PARK, MD (April 2010) - On behalf of the College of Education faculty and staff, Dean Donna L. Wiseman will preside over the upcoming spring graduation ceremony set for 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2010, in the Cole (Field House) Student Activities Building.

Approximately 354 students will graduate with degrees or certifications from one of the seven departments within the College. They will join the ranks of the college's distinguished alumni comprised of educators, researchers, entrepreneurs, administrators, counselors and professionals. As of April 15, the breakdown for the May 2010 degree candidates is 216 graduate and 138 undergraduate students. Tickets are not required for the college's graduation ceremony.
