COLLEGE PARK, MD (March, 2013) – The College of Education is once again home to the number one program in the country for Counseling and Personnel Services. This is the fourteenth consecutive year that the program has received this distinction. Also this year, the graduate program in Educational Psychology climbed the rankings placing fourth, up from seventh last year.
