HOPE. HEAL. MOBILIZE. Through Meditation and Community

Room 2119

Join students, faculty, and staff in a collective commitment to fostering belonging and peace, addressing bias and promoting justice for nine days of meditation before and after the election.

The College of Education and Intergroup Dialogue Center will host a post-election meditation event designed to reduce stress, deepen our commitment to reducing bias, share loving kindness, and foster a sense of well-being and belonging within our diverse community.

Bring a pillow or mat if you want to. Bring a water bottle if possible. Need accommodations or interpretation? Please request as soon as possible by emailing Jazmin Pichardo (pichardo@umd.edu) or Mary Taylor-Lewis (mktlewis@umd.edu).
