Manqian Liao, a Ph.D. student and research assistant in the Measurement, Statistics & Evaluation program, has received The Graduate School's Outstanding Research Assistant Award for the 2019-20 academic year! The award honors the top 2% of graduate assistants across campus in a given year, recognizing the outstanding contributions Manqian has made to the department and the University.
