Kimberly A. Griffin, professor and dean of College of Education, comments on the Education Trust's new report on faculty diversity and student success, which notes that college and university faculty are still overwhelmingly white.
“It reflects something that we’ve long known,” said Griffin. “That the student body is diversifying much faster than the faculty is.”
