

#EdTerpDialogues Ed-pisode 2: Anti-racist Practices in PK-12 Schools and Communities
The College of Education presents the 2nd Ed-pisode of the #EdTerpsDialogues series. #EdTerpDialogues are a series of panels featuring educators, administrators, researchers, parents, and community leaders who engage in discussions around topics of interest within the education sector.
The second ed-pisode: "Anti-racist Practices in PK-12 Schools and Communities" focuses on countering systemic racism, anti-racist pedagogies, and asset-based resources for PK-12 students and their families. Some of the topics we will discuss during this virtual event incude, but are not limited to:
- Black families' experiences in PK-12;
- Critiquing definitions of racism, racist systems, and anti-racism; and
- Anti-racist curricula.
