Center for Transition and Career Innovation (CTCI)

What We Do

Maryland's Center for Transition and Career Innovation is designed to explore issues related to school-to-work transition for secondary students with disabilities. Our team of transition experts and education researchers is dedicated to the belief that any youth, with any disability, can achieve employment and a meaningful career.

*The CTCI does not provide direct services to youth with disabilities or their families, but individuals can use the website to learn more about best practices.
