S. Alexa McDorman is a second-year doctoral student in the Human Development program at the University of Maryland. They received their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William & Mary. Alexa has work experience implementing social policy for state agencies in West Virginia and Virginia as well as managing large data sets used to inform state education policy at the American Institutes for Research.
