The Measurement, Statistics, & Evaluation Ph.D. program is designed to qualify individuals to teach courses at the university level in applied measurement, statistics, and evaluation, to provide leadership in the conduct of research studies, and to serve as applied statistics, measurement, or evaluation specialists in school systems, industry and government.
