Rosalia K. Reyes-Webb
Rosalia is a Learning Technology Specialist with more than 35 years of experience in education and educational technology. As a member of the College of Education's Educational Technology Services (ETS) team, she is dedicated to empowering faculty with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively integrate technology into teaching and learning.
Rosalia designs and delivers engaging training programs that help faculty leverage educational technologies to enhance instruction, increase student engagement, and support successful learning outcomes. She provides group workshops, online training sessions, and individualized consultations tailored to faculty needs.
As an instructional design consultant, Rosalia partners with faculty to design, develop, evaluate, and improve online and hybrid courses. She specializes in creating effective learning experiences that align pedagogy with technology.

Rosalia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Master of Education degree from Temple University. She began her career as a high school science and mathematics teacher in the Philadelphia public school system, where she developed a strong foundation in teaching and learning.
In the mid-1990s, she discovered a passion for the transformative potential of technology in education. Since then, she has become a leader in educational technology, providing extensive training in online course delivery, supporting faculty innovation, and serving on college and university committees focused on advancing teaching and learning through technology.
Rosalia is particularly passionate about helping faculty create engaging, accessible, and student-centered learning experiences. She enjoys collaborating with instructors to explore innovative teaching strategies and effective uses of technology that promote student success.
