Dr. Stacey Capasso Williams is the Elementary/Middle Internship Coordinator in the Department of Counseling, Higher Education, and Special Education. In this role, she has the privilege of working with educators across four local school systems in Maryland to collaboratively lead teacher candidates to become successful teachers of students with disabilities.
Before coming to the university, Ms. Williams worked alongside talented teachers and administrators in Prince George's County Public Schools as an elementary general and special education teacher. Ms. Williams' professional passions include mentoring beginning educators and strengthening professional development programs and growth opportunities for experienced educators.
