The ADA Title II digital accessibility deadline has been extended to April 26, 2027. Instead of scrambling later, ETS is here to help you make simple, meaningful updates now—without adding extra work to your plate.
Workshop Spotlight
A Simple Way to Improve Your Canvas Content (No Redesign Required)
If accessibility sounds time-consuming, this session will change your perspective.
Canvas already has a built-in tool—Ally—that does the heavy lifting. It scans your content, highlights issues, and walks you through quick fixes, often in just a few clicks. Make accessibility one less thing to worry about. ETS will show you how to do it quickly, effectively, and with confidence.
In this interactive Zoom session, you will learn how to:
- Use Ally’s color indicators to quickly spot issues
- Focus on the easiest, highest-impact fixes
- Improve Word files, PDFs, PowerPoints, and images
- Reduce “I can’t open this” student emails
This workshop/demonstration is open to COE faculty, staff, and graduate assistants.
