The Center for Educational Innovation and Improvement presents the first annual forum on "The Promise of Improvement Science in Education" from 1 to 5 pm at Stamp Student Union. A reception will follow at the Driskell Art Gallery.
The forum features keynote speaker DR. TONY BRYK, president of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
Breakout Session on the Implications of Practice with Superintendents from Prince George’s, Montgomery, Anne Arundel and Howard County Public Schools.
Breakout Session on Implications for Research with Distinguished Faculty from UMD College of Education.
Closing Remarks with Dr. Jennifer King Rice, Dean of the College of Education, and Dr. Segun Eubanks, Director of CEii.
