Intergroup Dialogue Training Hub (InDi Training Hub)
Partnerships
Our partnerships are central to how we expand access to intergroup dialogue across the University of Maryland. We collaborate with academic programs, student-facing initiatives, and professional development efforts to integrate IGD into curricular, co-curricular, and workplace learning spaces. Through these partnerships, we co-design experiences that are responsive to the unique goals and contexts of each program. This can look like creating new dialogue courses, facilitating workshops and sustained dialogues for student communities, or supporting faculty and staff in developing their own dialogic practice.
Together, we work to ensure that more members of our campus community have meaningful opportunities to engage across difference, deepen their understanding of power and identity, and build the skills needed to navigate complexity with care. These collaborations allow us to move dialogue beyond a single space or program and toward a more shared, campus-wide practice.
