Our student data collected from 2024 Maryland Regional Challenge participants indicates:

  1. The majority of participants agreed or strongly agreed that KidWind increased their interest in science (67.6%).

    4. The majority of participants agreed or strongly agreed that they’ve learned more about how science is used in the energy workforce through KidWind (85.3%).

  1. The majority of participants agreed or strongly agreed that Kidwind increased their understanding of how we create energy from renewable resources (77.6%).
