The Curriculum and Instruction - World Languages Education Specialization, Master of Education (M.Ed.) has been designed to equip students with the skills to teach languages effectively, contribute to building inclusive communities, and prepare future generations for success in a diverse and increasingly interconnected global society. The program provides support and nuance for the student’s ability to communicate in multiple languages, crucial for fostering global citizenship, promoting cultural understanding and facilitating international collaboration.
This highly ranked program leads to eligibility for PreK-12 World Languages Licensure.
Applicants should already be fluent in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Latin (written only).
