Multilingual Research Center (MRC)
Research Dissemination
An important dimension of the MRC’s mission is to disseminate information about good program design and implementation for English and world language learners in the state, the nation, and the world. MRC Co-Director Jeff MacSwan is the Editor-in-Chief of The International Multilingual Research Journal (IMRJ). Several faculty in the Applied Linguistics and Language Education (ALLE) program serve as members on the distinguished international Editorial Board, including Laura Mahalingappa, Melinda Martin-Beltrán, Megan Madigan Peercy, and Kellie Rolstad. ALLE doctoral student Katie Glanbock serves as the journal’s Editorial Assistant. IMRJ is a prestigious journal with national and international visibility; it is ranked in the first quartile (Q1) in Language and Linguistics and in Education by SRJ.
