The Maryland PDS Project 2025 is organized into three workgroups based on key components of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. Taken together these three workgroups seek to develop policies and programs that will lead to a pipeline of high quality educators who have access to professional development and career advancement at all stages of the teaching profession.
