Steve is the director of Educational Technology Services (ETS) in the College of Education. He oversees day to day operations, supervises the staff, prepares ETS reports and strategic technology plans, and budgets for new and ongoing expenditures. Lisa Finger

Lisa is responsible for coordinating operations at the ETS Technology Desk.  This includes equipment reservation and loan, computer lab oversight, and first-tier support for interactive whiteboards and select Benjamin conference spaces.

Rochella McKoy, Web Specialist

Rochella is the front-line support for web and web-based technologies. She handles maintenance of the college web site, account management, and web-based systems that support faculty and staff in the College. Support areas: College Site - HTML - Drupal - Training

Joe Robertson, IT Manager

Joe manages IT support for the College, and the ETS IT Desktop Support Technician. He also provides internal technical support for many of our provided ETS services.

Rosalia provides faculty training and support of integrating technology into teaching and learning. This includes faculty training via sychronous and asynchronous learning tools. Support areas: Face-to-face faculty training and support - ELMS training (Canvas) - Technology Workshops - Clicker - Interactive Whiteboard (Smartboard)

Ronald Yerby, Desktop IT Support Technician

The desktop support technician responds to trouble tickets in the college for faculty and staff computers, printers, and other IT issues. Support areas: Trouble tickets - IP Management
