2 out of 3 children struggle to read. Our community can change this. This is your moment to make history. Will you rise to the challenge? This July, we are not just gathering– we are launching a living literacy ecosystem. On July 17th, participants will engage in one of three literacy priority areas:

  • Supporting Families – Exploring strategies, resources, and partnerships that empower families to support children's literacy development at home and in the community.
  • Raising Literacy Rates Through Relationship Building and Advocacy – Strengthening literacy outcomes by building relationships with public officials, community stakeholders, and advocates to drive meaningful change.
  • Building a Literacy Ecosystem – Connecting literacy-focused organizations, community leaders, schools, and partners to create a coordinated network that supports literacy across Prince George's County.

Save the date, and join us on the ground floor.
