The Maryland Adolescent Literacy & Learning Exchange
The Maryland Adolescent Literacy & Learning Exchange, hosted by MILE, is a professional learning opportunity for Grades 5-15 teachers across all content areas, including CTE educators. In this session, discover how the Science of Reading and the Science of Learning work together to strengthen literacy in grades 5-12.
By attending the session, participants will learn three practical, research-based literacy strategies and leave with a simple process for applying them to lessons they already teach. In addition, Maryland teachers will also receive a certificate upon completion that can be used for Professional Development Points.
