Media Consent Release Statement
By attending an event hosted by the Maryland Initiative for Literacy & Equity (MILE), participants grant MILE and its authorized representatives the right to photograph, film, or record them during the event.
Participants consent to the use of these photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and other marketing efforts that support MILE’s mission and activities.
Participants acknowledge that these images may be edited, reproduced, and distributed worldwide without compensation, and they waive any right to review or approve the final product. Furthermore, participants understand and agree that they will not receive any form of compensation for the use of their image, likeness, voice, or any other personal information.
If any participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they should inform a MILE staff member prior to the event.
MILE appreciates the support of its participants in furthering its efforts to promote literacy and equity.
